John Sanderson
John is an experienced leader in secondary education with a strong track record of supporting school leaders, senior teams and Multi Academy Trusts. He has worked extensively with a wide range of educational stakeholders and has particular expertise in leadership development, professional coaching, headteacher appraisal and quality assurance.
Alongside his coaching work, John chairs the Executive Leadership Advisory Panel for the Ogden Trust, helping school leaders engage with programmes that support excellence in education.
